From WHM you may trace any email address, this can be used to track down the vast majority of email problems that you may encounter. Please follow these steps to do this:
- Login to WebHost Manager (Use the login information is in your welcome email).
- Click on the "Mail Troubleshooter" link in the "Email" menu.
- Enter the email address in the "Email to trace" field.
- Click on the Submit button.
